This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.
The practice, which was formed in 1986, consists of six doctors (one male and five female), each bringing with them their own areas of interest and expertise. Additional skills in clinical areas such as dermatology, asthma, diabetes and family planning bring added value to the services which are already being delivered.
Advanced Practice Physiotherapist
Hannah Wilson, an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist has joined our team. If you have a bone, muscle or joint problem she can see you rather than the GP.
How can she help me?
- Make a diagnosis and develop a plan
- Provide exercise advice
- Manage pain, linking with GP for medication or sick line if need
- Referral for further investigations
- For ongoing treatment you may be referred to the main physiotherapy service or Orthopaedics at the hospital
Why does the Receptionist what to know what is wrong with me?
Our Reception staff are trained to ask certain questions in order to ensure you receive the most appropriate medical care from the most appropriate health professional.
