The district nursing team carries out nursing care for the patient at home. They are available from 8.30am to 4.30pm, five days a week and can be contacted on 01389 811816. At weekends and evenings the team can be contacted on 01389 828307.
Health Visitors
The Health Visiting Team offer health advice and support to families with babies and pre-school children. This includes help with parenting, behaviour management and support to women with post-natal depression.
The Health Visiting Team can be contacted Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm on (01389) 821806.
Community Immunisation Team
The Community Immunisation Team carry out all childhood immunisations. Immunisations are by appointment only. You will receive a letter from the Child Health Department.
